Episode 1 - Leaving the shores of Wales
Listen on
Welcome to Sori, a traveling podcast exploring apology and forgiveness in communities and cultures around the world through music, songwriting and creative arts therapy.
I'm your host, Caroline Herbert and I'm so excited to share this podcast as I travel from the shores of Wales to Asia and beyond. I wanted to find a way to take you with me, so you can meet people in different cultures, as we explore apology and forgiveness and consider the impact it can have on our lives.
'Sori' is the Welsh word for apology, it's like an anchor into the heart of the theme and my Welsh roots.
In this introductory episode, I had the pleasure of meeting Delyth Jenkins, one of Wales's leading Celtic harpists. We explore together what 'Forgiven' can sound like.
A conversation with a friend and TV presenter Finn Aberdein opens up the reasons why I have created this podcast.
I hope you enjoy and come on the journey with me.

Episode 8 - 10,000 Faces of Apology - Cultural safety and Indigenous relationship to apology with Pulxaneeks from the Xanuksiala First Nation
